TeenARTS
YouthArts, a program of Lane Arts Council

TeenARTS involves professional artists working with teens to produce artwork or an event with a community presence. Projects are collaboratively developed and designed to respond to real world needs and opportunities, promote community involvement, and recognize youth.

Help us engage teens in new projects!

Activities can involve:
  • Arts projects or performances with public visibility
  • In-school activities with a residency artist in addition to after-school components
  • Cross-school activities
  • Students receiving stipends or service learning credit

Ways to participate:

  • Identify teens or assist with teen application process
  • Identify a project at your school (elementary, middle or high)

Partners must:

  • Help identify resources and provide supplies, facilities, and staff support
  • Help identify/support transportation for the teens
