Lane Arts Council, was funded by a grant from the
city of Eugene. ArtWall provided youth with
positive and legal artistic outlets for creativity and alternatives to tagging and vandalistic forms
of graffiti. Youth learned to work together, and
gain a basic understanding of the role
mural art plays in our society.
